Call for communications

Attendees can submit abstracts for oral presentations and posters.

Abstracts for oral or poster presentations must be submitted till January 20^th 2026.

Instructions to prepare and submit your abstract

1) Download here the abstract template or follow the layout instruction given below:

Family-name First-name^1,2, Family-name First-name^*,1,2, Family-name First-name^1,2 (Arial, 12 pts, 1.0 interline, aligned to the left. Please underline the presenting author)

1. Affiliation 1 (Arial, 10 pts, 1.0 interline, aligned to the left)

2. Affiliation 2 (Arial, 10 pts, 1.0 interline, aligned to the left)

*email of presenting author

Please give then the text of the abstract (Arial, 12 pts, 1.0 interline, justified).

One figure only can be included.

For oral communication or poster, the whole document is limited to one page max., using 2.5 cm for all margins.

2) Save then your document as .docx, giving to the file the Family-name of the first author.

3) To submit your abstract, please create an account (see "login" at the top right of the "Home" page) and then begin the process in the "Submission" tab.
