The ASST Symposium Series is an internationally recognized event, which was initiated in 1997, and had nine previous editions: 1997 (Antwerp, Belgium), 2000 (Manchester, UK), 2003 (Bonn, Germany), 2006 (Beaune, France), 2009 (Leiden, The Netherlands), 2012 (Sorrento, Italy), 2015 (Madeira, Portugal), 2018 (Helsingor, Denmark), 2023 (Stockholm, Sweden)

 

Welcome to the ASST 2026 in Toulouse, France !

The symposium will be held in Toulouse, France, May 18-21, 2026, at a beautiful conference venue, Hotel Mercure Toulouse Centre Compans.

The scope of ASST 2026 is focused on all aspects of aluminium surface science and technology, including state-of-the-art of surface modification methods and technological advances, characterization and modelling methods, performance evaluation, and industrial process development.
